Pete Schwarze

Party Affilation: Libertarian

Pete Schwarze brings a record of local government experience and grassroots political leadership across southeastern Pennsylvania.

A former Jefferson Township Supervisor and current Jefferson Township Auditor, Pete has worked directly on municipal oversight, budgeting, and accountability. His experience at the township level reflects a practical understanding of how local decisions impact taxpayers and property owners.

Within the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania, Pete serves as Southeast Region Representative and chairs the LPPA Berks-Chester-Montgomery Regional Affiliate. He also contributes as a member of the party’s Affiliate Support Committee, helping strengthen local organizations and expand outreach efforts across the region.

In addition to his public service and party leadership, Pete is a Notary Public, continuing his commitment to serving his community in both official and everyday capacities.

Pete’s work is grounded in a focus on transparency, local control, and responsible governance, with an emphasis on empowering communities and ensuring government remains accountable to the people it serves.

Marty Selker

Treasurer

Party Affilation: Constitution Party

Marty Selker is a lifelong Pennsylvanian, with deep roots in the working communities that power the Commonwealth. His career spans hands-on experience in the construction, petroleum, and natural gas industries, along with years as a truck driver—giving him firsthand insight into the challenges facing working families and small businesses.

Committed to constitutional principles and limited government, Selker is an active member of the Constitution Party and has served as Chairman of the Clarion County Constitution Party. In this role, he has worked to build grassroots support for policies centered on individual liberty, fiscal responsibility, and local control.

Selker has also dedicated time to public service at the local level, serving as a school board member for the Clarion-Limestone Area School District, where he advocated for transparency, accountability, and community-focused education.

In 2024, Selker ran for the United States Senate in Pennsylvania, bringing his message of constitutional governance and working-class representation to a statewide audience.

Grounded in real-world experience rather than political theory, Marty Selker continues to advocate for policies that reflect the values and needs of everyday Pennsylvanians.

Bill Allen

Board Representative

Party Affilation: Republican

Bill joins the Keystone Stop Board as a representative of the Pennsylvania Integrity Network, bringing a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and ethical governance.

Through his work with the Pennsylvania Integrity Network, Bill has been involved in efforts to promote open government, expose waste and mismanagement, and ensure public officials are held to the highest standards. His approach centers on restoring trust between citizens and their institutions, something that has been in short supply across Pennsylvania.

Bill’s perspective strengthens Keystone Stop’s mission by reinforcing the importance of integrity in public service. Ending burdensome property taxes is not just a policy issue, it’s also about making sure taxpayer dollars are handled responsibly and decisions are made in the open.

As a board member, Bill Allen adds a critical layer of oversight-minded leadership, helping ensure Keystone Stop remains focused, credible, and accountable to the people it serves.
