Contribution Rules

  • I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  • This contribution is made from my own funds or from an authorized business or political entity, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  • I am at least eighteen years old.
  • I am not a federal contractor.
  • If contributing as an individual, I am using my own personal credit card or bank account and not one issued to another person.
  • Contributions or gifts are not tax-deductible.
  • Pennsylvania law permits contributions from individuals, businesses, and political committees. There are no contribution limits under state law.
  • We are required to use our best efforts to collect and report the full name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals who contribute.
